Meditation & the Practice of Mindfulness

 

Modern psychology and psychotherapy integrate numerous aspects of spiritual wisdom traditions.

Through the practice of meditation and mindfulness we can fully develop our human potential for happiness, love, joy, equanimity, creativity and wisdom.

Buddhist mind training based on mindfulness and compassion perfectly complements psychotherapy, counseling, coaching and supervision.

 

I give group and individual teachings in approaches and methods of buddhist meditation and psychology which I have studied with experienced teachers of Theravada and Tibetan Buddhism. For many years I have practiced meditation and mindfulness in every day life and in three years of retreat in total by now.

In my private practice I offer regularly meditation and mindfulness classes in German.  French and English courses will be organized on demand.
